Refund policy

This page is for a $20 fully refundable reservation deposit for the NIMO AI-Powered Smart Glasses.

Your $20 reservation is fully refundable at any time. If you change your mind, you may contact us at nimo@nimoar.com and request a full refund. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method; processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

If you complete your Kickstarter pledge and your pledge payment is successfully collected after the campaign, your $20 deposit will be returned as part of your $70 total cashback within 14 business days. The email used for your Kickstarter pledge must match the email used for your deposit order.

Kickstarter is scheduled to launch in early November 2026 (ET). This $20 payment is a reservation deposit, not the final product payment. No physical product will be shipped from this deposit order.

Please contact us with your deposit confirmation if you need to update your email.
