How do I submit my prescription?

You upload your prescription, we run an optical pre-check, your lenses are cut to your Rx, the pair is quality-checked, and it ships with duties paid (DDP). Final eligibility applies. Progressive orders go through a dedicated review queue.

When does it ship?

Estimated shipping rolls out from Q4 2026. Orders ship in batch order — reserving earlier puts you in an earlier batch. Batch priority is not a delivery-date promise.

How does the $20 deposit work?

Reserve for $20 — it’s refundable, no questions asked. At launch you pledge the public Kickstarter price, and within 10 business days after the campaign ends we refund you $70 — your $20 back plus a $50 bonus. On the Single Vision tier, the bonus takes the $549 pledge to $499 net — $50 less than backers who don’t reserve. You won’t be charged anything else on this page.

Which email should I use on Kickstarter?

The same one you reserve with — your pledge is matched to your deposit by email, and the $70 refund follows within 10 business days after the campaign ends. Need to change it? Contact us with your reservation confirmation.

Will I know when the campaign opens?

Yes — email reminders in the days before launch and on opening day.

What if I don’t place the $20 deposit?

Kickstarter pricing is $449 for Non-Prescription, $549 for Single Vision, and $649 for Progressive — without a reservation, there’s no $70 refund after the campaign.
