Who this notice is for

This notice explains how the NIMO V50 campaign page uses browser storage and optional measurement. The NIMO store is operated under the BitFantasy merchant account shown at checkout. For privacy questions, contact jerry@bitfantasy.ai.

Information needed to run the page

The page may use first-party browser storage to remember your language, keep the responsive eyewear experience stable, and remember this privacy choice. These values are not used to identify you and do not contain your name, email address, payment details, or prescription.

• nimo_v50_narrative_order_assignment_v1 / the matching first-party cookie: responsive experience assignment.
• nimo_analytics_consent_v1: your allow/deny choice for optional measurement.
• Locale and session storage: language and an anonymous page session.

Optional analytics (off by default)

The V50 page is opt-in. No optional analytics listener or event request starts until you select Allow optional analytics. You can choose Keep analytics off or reset the choice from the notice shown on the page.

If you allow measurement, NIMO receives coarse, pseudonymous events such as page and section views, device class, viewport size, language, referring host, approved campaign labels, video/carousel engagement, lens-tier selection, checkout intent, and Web Vitals. Random session and page-view identifiers group events for reporting.

The event layer does not record form values, copied text, pointer coordinates, full URL query strings, payment information, or a wholesale cookie dump. This release does not send raw fbclid, gclid, _fbc, or _fbp values.

Third-party services

This V50 release does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel browser tags. Optional measurement uses NIMO-operated first-party collection endpoints only after consent. Selecting a reservation moves you to Shopify; Shopify's own privacy notice and checkout terms apply there.

We do not sell the event data described in this notice. If the vendors or purposes change, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

Retention, security, and international processing

NIMO keeps event records only for measurement, service security, and legal obligations, with access limited to the people and systems operating the site. The service may process data across borders. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting jerry@bitfantasy.ai. You may also use the consent controls on the V50 page to decline or withdraw optional analytics.

Children and updates

The campaign page is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We will update this notice when our data practices, legal basis, or vendors change and will revise the effective date above.
